Ingredients :
1. 500grams of mutton
2. 10 pieces of shallots
3. 5 votes for garlic
4. 1md coriander
5. 2 pecan nuts
6. 1/2 pieces of Javanese sugar
7. 2 sticks of tamarind
8. the size of a thumb ginger cracked
9. 3 orange leaves
10. 1 / 2s of salt
11. 50ml sweet soy sauce
12. 2sdm of cooking oil
Steps:
60 minutes
1. Blend onion, white onion, candlenut, coriander, java sugar and salt. Add 3/4 of the ingredients to the meat that has been cut into pieces. Give slices and oranges, ginger and tamarind. Squeeze to soak the spices. Leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Skew with tusuka satay and then burn in coals until half cooked. Spread with remaining fine spices, sweet soy sauce and oil. Burn again until done
3. Serve satay with sambal kecap, sliced cabbage and tomatoes as a complement
